Great business centre, I found the cost for a unit very expensive. There's also little next to no parking however the location alone makes it worth wild.

Loved this piace and the wealth of artistry that dwells in it. So much to see, such a variety of arts and crafts all around. A great creative hub which shows how important it is for artists to find a place they can share with like-minded people and how that sharing experience nurtures their imagination. The factory is a gift for the artists and the community that hosts them alike and I really wish the redevelopment plans endangering it will be reconsidered, as it would be a loss of unbelievable proportions for all if not.
