Looks like a nice place to work. There is a cafe and a bar as well as some rental office space. Electric car charging at the back too but that's only for people who work here.

A huge business centre with many small businesses including the Volcano coffee work's who also have a cafe at the main entrance. The coffee is awesome, scotch eggs and samosas are tasty if a little pricey.
