Regus 79 College Road - Office Space

I am very happy with the services which is provided by the office manager (Joanna) and Community Associate (Hawer). They are very polite, knowledgable, patient, and very helpful. The five stars are for Joanna and Hawer. I am though extremely unhappy with company Regus. They have not fixed the air-conditioning and heating issues that has been going on for at least three years. Promises after promises but still nothing has been still done. Appaling responses we get from Regus

Joanna is an excellent receptionist and manager at our office space. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, always greeting everyone with a warm and professional attitude. Her ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and organised environment makes a significant difference to our daily experience. I highly recommend Joanna for her outstanding service and positive approach. She truly enhances the workspace with her professionalism and friendliness!
